Current policy inputs require recurring/base orders for at least one ICON brand in the last 365 days, no active collection proceedings, and acceptable payment behavior.
New interested retailers are routed to field sales until the required account basis exists. Access can be revoked when eligibility conditions are no longer met.
Brands represented on a pure agency basis are handled by inside/outside sales and are not ordered through the normal B2B portal flow.
